How many times can an esc get wet and still work? Most people thast have run electric have had an esc get wet, dry out and still work. I have had this happen a few times but I have never had one get wet more than twice and still work. BTW, I don't mean a little damp, I talking about when water is still in the esc case when you take it apart.

I run a Mopped V16 esc in my Wheely King and it has gotten wet 5 times and has always worked once it dried out....IMO thats very impressive for a $30.00 esc! We had a ton of rain last night so I had to take it out for a little mud run and it flipped over and the esc is apart and drying for the 6th time, I'm hoping it still works.

How many times has your esc survived water?

It's all back together and running again!

Why dont you waterproof it while your in there. Get some dielectric grease and coat the pc board before you reassemble it.

That would be too easy :D

I've got a first generation Rooster (from before the case was redesigned) that once had water standing in the bottom of the case. It was working fine, even while it was still waterlogged. I still have that esc, and it still works as good as new.

I like Novak but for me anything that said Novak on it died when it got close to water, glad to hear yours survived.
