How important is it to run the hardcase packs in a truck? I can't find the ratings i need/want in the hardcase packs

Are you racing or bashing? Most sanctioning bodies for racing require hard cases for LiPo batteries to prevent physical damage to the cells. If you're a basher like me, go with what you can find in a decent battery.

I run both actually. I "PREFER" a hard case but like Hamz said if you are just bashing run what you have. I would not do and HUGE jumping and such with a soft battery though
