This is one I just finished for my youngest son Jesse. He wanted a monster theme body, and he wanted to design the entire thing himself, I just laid the paint down for him. The number is his number from football, (which he chose because he likes Dale Earnhardt) He wanted his name on the back like I did on Joeys Sharks body, but he wanted his first name rather than his last, and he wanted a more freestyle lettering, unlike the block lettering on Joeys lid. He looked at a buttload of graphics styles and went back and forth between flames or the splash, he ended up choosing the splash style graphic. He wanted the window trim, but wanted it in the same color as the Monster logo. Not too shabby for a 7 year old.....

That's killer Joe. I like that you did the front corner bumper pieces in green rather than all black up front. Looks good!

Very nice Joe I really dig the green. Another kick butt job. I am still scared to mount the body you did for me. Lol

perfect as usual joe. the kid has the eye! just wait till he starts laying down color! you better start stocking up on empty coke bottles for the little guy to practice on!

Thanks Blake. Both my sons have asked me to start teaching them how to airbrush. I think Jesse is still a bit young, but he has a good eye, when he is ready I will be stoked to teach him, and Joey wants to do his next body by himself. I told him I would pick up a scrap piece of lexan and let him start practicing to get a feel for the brush. Joey has already been doing most of the wrenching on his Slash, just with a little guidance from me, so I would love it if they got in to painting lids as well..

dude thats awesome. I tried to get my "stepson" into RC, a few years ago, but he was already 13 or 14 and he didnt care for it. He drove the pede i got him a few times, and that was that.

I think the stepdaughter would be more interested....
