Omni Terminator or new user at fault

I recently bought an Omni Terminator from a third party on Amazon, but I had issues setting up the controller. I think I have it set up correctly, but when I run the RC truck, it tends to stop unexpectedly. If I roll it or go through some grass, it will stop and won't move again unless I pick it up by the wheelie bar, hit the throttle, and then set it back down. Is this an issue with my setup, or is there something broken on the car?

Hmm. I'm no expert, but it sounds like there might be some latency issues in the controller? Are you able to post a video of the issue to give a visual of what's happening?
