Yeah, so?
Who's got the best Rustler in Michigan and who has the best REVO in Cali?

The damage to the box is MINIMAL to say the least. Nothing I would have noticed if I bought it from the hobby shop for full price. I saved $110 the way I look at it. $390 is a bargin, thanks Jon2.

Why are you on line at 5 PM California time? You should be outside breaking it in.

I got's to make love to it first :smoke: So I guess I am "breaking it in".

REally though, I have to put the pullstart on, hook up the failsafe, and I am good to go!

Finally!!! I myself have been waiting to see what this baby looks like after you open the box. It seems more real when someone I sold it to shows me the opened product.

Yup I wouldnb't mind having one but Ihave the buggy craze right now. I am looking for stuff for my Sotrm and pcr pro and Kyosho.

Please give us an update on what you do!!

Jon

yo blazer i had mine for over 2 weeks now and love it but i have to ask. did u put a pull start on that engine, or put a new motor with a pull start on.why?

Oh yeah the creases on the box were me..Tee hee. I was packing it and our roll of shrink wrap kinda leaned on it. Sorry. I didn't think that would be cause of alarm. Sorry there Blazer.

I want to drop in the Sirio 23 in my wifes Maxx but I am still playing with my buggies. I will wait for more feedback.

The Pullstart is just soooo much better then cutting your day short due to a weak battery in your easy start.

I put a pull start on the original engine. I did it because the pull start is a lot lighter. I don't have to carry around the starter mechanism when I'm chasing my Revo down. I never have to worry about charging a battery for it. Just plain easier all around.

Cause for alarm? Not at all, the box had very little damage. I wouldn't have noticed it unless you told me.

I am glad that you think so . I am happy to hear you are happy with it.

Now be like a virgin, put your 15 minutes of love with it and then get down to the dirty stuff!!! I hope to see a great vid of you and Rob bashing the Revos on the 16.

Ok 30 more minutes of charging and I am taking my REVO for it's first flight. Don't worry I am going to keep great notes to assemble a review of the REVO, through BLazer's eyes and not some Traxxas fan boy. I will tell the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Ok first and second take now done. First off I did install a pullstarter, McCoy MC59 plug, and a micro failsafe and other than that it is stock. I am using Blue THunder 20% Sport Formula. Started up fairly easy. Was a very tight fit (hard to pull). I ran through almost the whole 1st tank without stalling. When it did stall it took just 2 pulls to restart it (NICE!).

Second tank with the body on made it stall probably 5 times. Every time it stalled it restarted on the second or third pull. This is unlike my experience with my original 2.5 where it stalled and over heated. I had to wait like 15 minutes each time before it would restart. Many had an experience similar to mine. I think I will cut a hole in the windshield LoL.

Off to complete tanks 3-5.

I take it that you are following the Traxxas break in procedure?
