Okay so I'm losed.

I have a 2.5r T-maxx that I've been having fun with but keep stripping gears. So today I go and buy a FOC and put it in and it goes backwards. whats going on? I put it in EXACTLY as the instructions said, word for word. I spin the spur and the whole truck will roll backwards not forwards. So Whats wrong? Are my differentials in backwards?

Are you spinning the spur the right direction? Could be the diffs are in backwards. Try spinning the spur clockwise (as you look at it from behind the truck).

Then it's normal. Try starting the engine and running the truck.
