Well, while I was at the track here one of the guys convinced me that I did not have any oil in my shocks. Today I took the shocks off and took a look inside and would you know it, there is OIL in them there shocks! LOL

So here is my question. Does anyone know how long before you HAVE to change the oil in the shocks. Is it a preference and how would I tell when to change the oil?

More fun for me taking something else apart! LOL

Well, I change the oil about every... well i would say 10 run hours or so. And well idk how to know when but i look at the color of it and if it isnt the first color of the oil then i change it also.

its not like its getting grime or anything in it, you shouldnt have to change it at all. you can to make it thicker or thinner, but you really dont need to. just my openion.

Okay if the guy from the track said you didnt have any oil than he means you dont have alot of restriction in the shaft i would say put a thicker oil in it and see if that helps.:)
