OFNA support/pcr pro

Called OFNA today to ask why i didnt get the torsen diff with my pcr pro kit, after checking out there site it says that the Pcr pro, after some confusion they offered to exchange my spider for a torsen but i said no thx because i didnt want to have a month downtime. also all pro kits are supposed to have pbs "says so on the site" so i said i would like to get the pbs and with no hassles they told me to fax my reciept for the buggy and that they will ship the front and rear pbs system to me for free asap.

That makes me feel alot better, i just bought a hyper 7 pcr rtr about a month ago. i have had no MAJOR problems (other than breakin, WHAT A PITA!!!) good to know that if i do have a problem they will help

Dude that's nice. I have always been a little weary of Ofna products however their response to your problem has definately changed my view on them and their commitment to their products.

Hi SunnyD,

I just bought one of these kits two days ago and am running into quite a few problems with it. I posted on them at the following thread...

Think you can help me out? What did you think of the instructions that came with the kit? The ones that came with my pcr pro kit don't seem to match the parts (like the swing arms) exactly. Also, if you don't mind, would you please take a pic of the original box your pro kit came in? The one I bought just had black and white PCR stickers on it and there is no parts in the kit that actually say "PCR" on them.

I have had good experiances with them myself, they respond quickly to emails and are very helpfull. They are hooking me up on my Hyper7 mill problem, very good people.
