I just noticed that the steering servo on my PCR is extremely slow compared to my other toys. Is this a known problem and if so is there a recommended servo to put there that is fast but powerful enough to apply good brakes (hitec 645 mg?)

Thanks,

Glenn

The 645 MG should do fine but you should invest in a 6V Rv Pack

golfing the hitec is a great inprovment for the steering.but your throttle servo controls your breaking.......zandor

good point zandor. I seem to leave things out! Lol

Actually, I was talking about the throttle servo, whoops. I already put a 645 in the steering, but my throttle seems like it is very slow compared to my savage and x-term. I think I moved my steering servo to the throttle when I put the 645 in. Should I have stuck with the stock throttle servo? Is it faster than the stock steering one?

Thanks,

Glenn

you don't want to put a hight torgue servo as you could do some damage to your carb if not set properly.

you know i never looked at the two of them. but i think there the same......stock that is

Well since I have th kit version I have to pick mine still and the radio. I am going to go for the 645MG steering. Throttle not sure.
