Ratzo i'm gonna see if there afew more people from the barn that want to come.

The more the merrier.

Woodie. Is there any reason why you wouldn't stay in Staten Island?
Just curious.
It's closer to me :) and I know my way around.

I'm about an hour from North bergen.

I'm with you guy's Saturday in Manhattan!

Ratzo,

I'm looking for some place that won't be to bad for Eddy to get to after he gets off the plain and some place where I don't have to drive all through NYC to get to at the same time not charge me $200+ to park my car over for a day like I paid last time I drove to NYC. The hotel must also be close enough to NYC where a train, bus, or taxi isn't out of the question as once I get to NY I don't plan on driving again unless it's to the bash or back home.

If Staten Island offers all this I'm game for it.

North Bergen borders Jersey City. To get to the City u can take the Holland Tunnel. It would take me about 30 minutes to N. Bergen Ratzo. So for u about 50 minutes to an hour.

What does all this mean to us out of towners?

Monkey - I'll have my camera and I'm sure many others will to. We'll be flooding the gallery once it's over!

But he just stated that he doesn't want to drive to the city and have to park.

Woodie, the Staten Island Hotel is around $285 for the weekend, and has parking.
If you stay there, you won't have to drive, I'll come and get you, and we can take the train and ferry.
I am also going into the city Saturday.
If you stay in NJ or Staten Island makes no difference in convenience for Eddy, they're both a PITA to get to.
If need be, I can pick Eddy up after work on Friday and hand deliver him to you for your night of love.

If your going to the city any other day than Saturday, I think that there is an express bus right on the corner of the hotel that will take you right into the city.

Eddy as in FastEddy??

Since I will be joining you guys on Sat I will be happy to play Taxi so you dont have to worry about taking a bus or whatever into the city. I usually park at the exit of the Lincoln Tunnel and it should only be about $40/day.

Rob. Just park at my house and we can all walk to the train together. Just pick up Team17 on the way.
It's not the money, I just think it would be nice to take the boyz on the ferry.

true, Ferry is a good idea if theyve never been.
It could be romantic too.
I could hold your hand and let you put your head on my shoulder, toss bread to the seagulls, ahh! the fresh air gives me a boner.

Woodie- Where ever you stay, Ratzo will take care of ya! lol

I'll be looking tonight or this afternoon if I get a chance. The hotel he suggested in Staten Island was $200 a night which is far out of my reach so I'll be mapping out where everything and everyone is then find a place to stay based on that.

As stated on Page 1

Close to me in Edison NJ, just over the Outerbridge to Staten Island. Very nice clean hotel. (My family stays here when they visit) Double beds from $70/night. Approx 20mi from Newark Liberty Airport (EWR). Est Taxi Fare from Airport $50 one way. Enterprise, Dollar RAC all near by with free pickup till 5pm for 25 and older. (or as I said I can play taxi driver)

Closest train station is "MetroPark". I think its about 3 miles from there. Express trains to NYC every hour.

And about 2 miles from the Outerbridge Crosing to Staten Island to terrorize Ratzo.

Sounds promising - I'm going to be looking at a map of everything hopefully this evening as I really need to get this part of the trip nailed away.

I've got a map of the NJ Transit - The same track that goes through Edison also goes through Elizabeth and Liden. How are these two cities?

Just looking for something that might be a closer taxi ride for Ed!
