o.s. max 15 cv-x

Just a quick question on this engine. I have an hpi nitro mt racer and i'm thinking the compression is just about toast in this engine. What engine can i get, (thats a little bit bigger....maybe a .18?) thats a direct replacement as far as the engine mounting goes? I've been all over Tower but i can't seem to get satisfied. Thought i'd ask you guys cause this is where all the knowledge is.. Thanx in advance.....Kev

Yea, sorry i forgot to mention that. I have the o.s. .15 cv-x. Looking for a direct replacement. thanx!

The OS 18 CV-R X should drop right in. So should the HPI T3.0, also a 18 side exhaust and I believe rotary carb.
