ntc3 2 speed woes

Has anyone had this prob- I installed the lighten 2 seed hub witch is blue part #1700 and now I can't get the :censored: :censored: thing to shift. i tried all kind of adjustments heeeelp please!!! thankx to all that respond:flaming:

I have the tranny out the car infront of me if that helps

does it lag at first?Is it really strong at the get go? did you tighten the set screw properly?

I get go acc but it does not seem to shift. I set everything according to the manual. but to no luck. My girlfriends ntc3 is fine , i put a os15cvx and wham second gear. i just dont know. maybe i'll use hear tranny till i get her a remote. but i still want my to work, i run a mt12

I have the same mill and myine shifts all the time. Have you tried to reset the TWO set screws on the 2 speed . Try that. Have you checked out your shoes . do you have any pics of it? LMK
