Well took the maxx out for a bash today and 4th tank through it dies so think not another bloody glow plug swap the plug stick the glow starter on . Go to pull start it. And no compression wat so ever . Brought it back home engine off head off pull start off back plate off . And wat do i find ? A mashed up piston . . Sleeve . . And a conrod split in half with the bushing laying in the bottom of the crank . Now Wtf i put a new con rod in not even a gallon ago and its been running fine . Now I'm not one to point the blame but 2 con rods in 3 and a half gallon's with a good tune ? Not buying it will be ringing up Traxxas to see what they can do . And see what there so called aftercase service is like . I'm not going to replace it . I either wanna get a new 3.3 or just go with something different. Completely ruined my weekend with a bash with the mates . Grrrr lol.
