Thanks man, I feel like a million bucks lately.
This bike riding is seriously recommended. My wife isn't as sure footed as she used to be but when I suggested a 3 wheeler she said no.
I guess I'll just use this as my "ME" time.

I've always rode bikes but never enough to amount to any improvement but since I've been riding a lot more, I feel 10 times better than I used to.
Having a good quality bike makes a huge difference also.
I'll keep it up as long as my lungs will allow.

Just getting out and going, lets you clear your mind with the added bonus of being good for you. I really want another bike. Mrs Doom won't ride with me either.
