Well, I did a dumb thing last time I played with my Ascent 18 Apex. I forgot to unplug the battery and it was flatter than flat. :(

The good news is Redcat had them in stock so I ordered a pair and they were here in two days. I am charging one now. :)

I don't know how I got distracted, but I did it to both the Apex and my Hobbyplus Juice up. :doh: Fortunately I already had an extra battery for the Juice Up.

I am either blessed or cursed with massive paranoia with lipo batteries so this hasn't happened to me yet. The instant I'm done, it's out and in a bomb proof bag.

I've done that b4. Twice. It happens to me during camping trips. Maybe cuz I'm out of my typical surroundings? Sucks. But happens.

Funny how often our minds slip as we get older, I put my automotive battery charger where I wouldn't forget where it was.
I just found it ten minutes ago.

Yes, the older SCX24 didn't used to, but newer ones, and other brands will drain it if you forget to disconnect it.

Since 8am this morning and finally found it about an hour or so ago so I can officially climb the Alzheimer's ladder with pride. :D
