kwong, think about it, if their phones are always busy they must be doing well and they will stay in business to serve you in the future. I would hate to find out a store only had one line and it was never busy...

I'm with kz250, NH has never steered me wrong. I don't see that their shipping is anymore expensive than any other place, but I do most of my shopping at NH in the store itself as I live about 5 miles from them. If you ever get Rob on the phone he is their resident race pro. He is a great source of info.
