nitro trouble

I seem to be having a fule mixture problem. No matter what I do I can't seem to get the idle down. I've tried adjusting the mixture screws several times but the only way it will start is if it's lean. It's acting like there is a vacume leak but when I cover the carb it dies. Can't seem to figure this out, any sugestions ?

Sounds like you may have an air leak. Do a search on here on sealing a nitro engine. There's good videos on youtube as well. The sticky at the top of the nitro talk forum is quite helpful as well.
