having problems when running... the carb is set right i swear. but out of the blue it cuts out badly when i hit the gas hard. but doesn't do it every time probably does 1 out of 10 times i hit the gas also does it at gradual acceleration. please help

Alright, i use to have a problem like this with my buggy but not anymore..

Think about it this way. You hit the gas hard, you give the engine a lot of fuel. It cuts out because a mixure setting is out. Getting too much fuel would make it cut out, untill it clears.
Try leaning out the mixtures, see if that helps.

It might also be too lean, it can be starving for fuel when you jam the throttle. You mash the throttle, the carb opens up, lots of air, but not enough fuel, so the engine dies = too lean. If you mash the throttle and there is too much fuel, the engine will bog and die, that's a rich condition. Go invest in a temp gun if you don't have one, this tool will help you tremendously with tuning.
