Nitro RC engine will start but dies when I apply throttle

I'm a veteran on Nitro.
I own a Losi 8ight 1.0
My engine runs but as soon as I put a 0.1 mm of throttle Engine quits Its winter today so any suggestions.

Does it do that if you leave the heater on the plug and blip the throttle while it's running? Or only with the heater off the plug?

If it's that cold, I've found some engines really need to warm up before they will take fuel or they just stall out. When it's cold out, I heat my engines by putting them on the floor of my 1:1 and cranking the heat all the way to the bash area. Then I get everything ready while the truck remains in the car, turn it on, turn the remote on, prime it and put the heater on, then take it out and try to fire it up immediately.

It doesn't take long for 40F to drop the engine temps when it's not running.

Thanks it helped turns out all i needed to adjust were the low and high speed needles
