should i include the tuning of the needles during the heat cycle or after?

The videos are for tuning after break in. Just so were clear......The needle adjustments shown in the videos were after the break in was complete.

The only needle adjustment that MIGHT need to be made during break in is to the HSN, if the engine will not start are stay running you can lean the HSN just enough to get it running and up to 200 degrees.
