So i have a savage x 4.6 and i am wanting to by another truck so we can both have one. I was looking at the HPI mt-2 g3.0 and it was fairly inexpensive and it looks like a nice little truck.I'm not gonna be racing so it doesn't have to be the best, just a little back yard basher. Can you guys give me any tips about this truck, if i need anything, ect. Thanks!:)

I've had a couple of MT2s and I love them. They're not as tuff as the Savage but they're fun as....

Fun little truck. I have the first gen with the T-15. Not super strong like the Savy (watch the front knuckles) and it doesn't like really tall grass, but if you have a dirt lot or a small track to take it to it'll be a blast...

HTH...

yea i kind of want a truggy and i saw the team losi XXX-NT and i want to know if i should try to get one. I've seen videos they seem t strong..I'm not really a racer just a backyard basher, what would be a good truggy?.i might just start a new thread.

Check out the Ofna Jammin CRT .5 I would love to get one of those suckers. Heck I would trade my HPI MT2 SS straight across for one...lol. But it is a pretty good truck. As mentioned the steering knuckles are a bit weak I broke a few of them. They need to be upgraded...but other than that....fun with an OS .18TM in it!
