I was just over in Italy on business for two weeks and caught a glimpse of what looked like an ad during a race for a fairly good-sized (1:8 or larger) nitro Ferrari - the open-wheeled F1 type... now that I'm back in the states and have internet access, I can't seem to find anything like that out there.

Anybody know about something like that?
Thx-

After looking closely at the first one I am not at all impressed. It has no suspension, probably handles like crap. Now that FG is really nice, but a bit on the expensive side.

BTW Ren, how's Stimpy?

Oh, I wasn't overly impressed by it's lack of suspension. But I figured what I linked to was the thing that Ren saw in the ad in Italy.

Pushrod suspension is excellent.

Where does it say it has push rod suspension? This is taken directly from the add...

This model has no suspension making it easy to assemble and very strong.

Thanks for the links. That's probably close to it, although the ad I saw on TV was for an all-red Ferrari - no Marlboro ads. I expected to find it on Ferrari's site, but they just have electrics on their site - www.ferraristore.com.

Here's probably what I saw, but I could'a sworn it was nitro...

(oh..and Stimpy's fine as always...he sends his love)

they sell them at RChobbies in Tamarac, FL.......unless you live near a freshly paved super sized RC track don't bather....they are fast as hell and respond like it's sits on rails cutting into the ground.....I saw one being tested out there and the "pro" couldn't keep under control.....and yes tthey are expensive ...about 1400/1600 for the roller w/ servos...radio and engine separate.....
