Those temp gauges are a pita, most of the cooling comes from the fuel itself anyways so a good tune is all you need. The link below is what your looking for but they are a very expensive engine/cooling system combo lol.

if he wanted to make some sort of mod he could use something like this & mod it

it has the pump & rad built into one unit with the option of fitting 2 120mm fans the whole system runs off a 12V supply not sure what of the amperage draw tho

so maybe that with a marine rc engine

marine engine would work fine, a cpu cooling pump/rad would also work fine but 12v isnt practical. i would need a low draw 6v pump.

you could always get a 12v battery pack and charger from ebay would probably need something like 3000MAH
