Well I came across a few bucks around 100 bucks. Thought id put some into my rusty vxl. Its got rpm fronts and rears. Rpm front bumper. Its got the slash aluminum caster blocks. Any ideas for the next purchase? Thought about some tires. These anacondas only do so much. Maybe something like some trenchers or badlands?

I'd throw an aluminum bulkhead on it for piece of mind and a tad more weight up front. Big Bore or Proline shocks are great upgrades too. Tires? No such thing as too many.:) Aluminum carriers to go with the knuckles wouldn't be a bad idea either.

gensacearespammers battery
RPM Everything
T-Bone Racing rear bumper with wheelie bar
Tires
Traxxas aluminum shock caps

Or simply run it till it breaks. :D

All those suggestions are good. personally Id go with the trenchers....badlands are just to aggresive. On 3S with badlands your start snaping axles left and right. no pun intended :) Then Id go for some big bores.

Well it might seem like a stupid buy but when I went to my lhs I went to the rpm rack to see if there were any parts I didnt have. And I noticed that for the rustler they had green rpm arms front and rear and a green rpm gear cover! I got to looking and its darn near the same shade of green! Now I didnt buy the set that was on the truck to begin with. So I seen these and had to get them.in the second pic the lighting makes them look different shades.

Trenchers are on the list next! But I did find a set of bowties. Anyone have any luck with the proline bowties?

Are you snapping the HD shafts from the 4x4 Slash?
