sounds good. Bring it to the bash. I'd love to get it on video as well as see it in action.

Awesome bike Zandor, it's about time you got that thing together. :hammer:

Zandor, I used to have a remote glow plug thingy for my 46 heli. It was a mock glow plug that you bolted somewhere accessable and ran a ground lead to the crank case and the hot lead to the plug on the engine. From the pic with the body, it looks like the glow plug is kind of burried. I'll try to find a link to the one I had.

Here's one at Tower:

Cool thanks error I would have never thought about that..

I've seen a vieo of one of these somewere.. had the little wire loops.. not sure if it was nitro or electric though

There's a trilordy vid of an electric one w/ the loops, that might be what you're thinking of...

Very cool bike Zandor!! I wonder if you will be able to do wheelies with it?

awesome looking bike, how much does it weight?

I don't know???I will take it to work monday and Ill get back to you on that

i was looking at one of those at a hobby shop up here, they also had a drag chopper, big fat tire on the back ...both look crazy fast.....power to weight ratio wise..

Man, if i had a lot of asphalt to drive on, i would have one... Awesome bike! I saw one in rcca a couple years ago, and wanted one ever since.

Just one question here.....

How do you get the thing to run from 0 MPH (or from a dead stop, like when you first start it up) without it falling flat on its side, is there some sort of starting block for it or i there a built in stabilisation system to aid the bike at a standstill ??

Everyone knows unless supported a "Bike" will fall over.

I read that the effect of the heavy wheels and tires in motion keep the bike upright. The front tire is also shaped irregularly in a conical shape which is supposed to aid in turning. From the videos I've seen, most guys hold the bike in the air and give it some throttle, then put the bike on the ground with the wheels spinning.

On some of the models I have seen, including the Thunder Tiger bike, they have a stand where the bike slips into on the rear end. You gas it enough to engage the clutch, quickly, and the bike scoots off the stand and it's on it's way. It takes very little speed to get it to go and stay up, but you have to give it some speed in order to make it corner. Once you get used to it you learn to actually give it gas to corner. It helps it turn truer. I've been contemplating buying one.
