Hi. No Prep newb.
So I've got my 22S roller and my bashing days hasn't really prepared me for the vast array of motors, ESCs, and pinion size to spur ratios to start with?
I want a fast and fun build to compete with my local NPRC group.
I know I want to go 4 pole, sensored and affordable lol?
Motor:
ESC:
Need cables(?):
Battery:
Pinion (stock spur is 48P 84T):

Thanks in advance for ant help.

A lot of the fastest guys around where I am generally use 2 pole motors between 2.5T and 4T. Tekin eliminator and trity holeshots being two of the more popular brands I can remember seeing. ESCs are usually Tekin RX8s or Mcclan DRK. Batteries vary quite a bit but Max Amps and SMC SRD I know are fairly common also. I believe switching to 32P gearing (if possible) is generally considered to be more resilient than 48P. Thats most of what I can tell ya about it.
