New Slash shafts on old Slash?

Just watching one of the vids on the traxxas site. They say the new shafts are beefier(is that a word lol?) than the 2wd version. Wonder if we can mount them on the 2wd vehicles?

Ok, found it Here! Pick picture # 8 and hover over the pic. Says the new shafts can be used to update older models. Those things may be hard to get for a while. YIPPEEEE!

yea it said they can be used to upgraid other vehicls so i would think would help out his younger brother.

Great! With brushless I was starting to run into little things with the stock shafts and was also wondering if the new beefier ones would work.
