New Plastic Spray-paint

Hey have you guys heard about that new spray paint called "Fusion" its made by KRYLON and it workes like a charm!

~ its designed to bind to all surfaces including plastic with out any primer.

~it comes in a variety of colors.

~Very quick drying 15 min for a sec. coat!

~comes out with supriseing lust on parts, really looks like aftermarket parts! really!



i used it on my tmaxx bumper mounts and cool is all i can say. For the price you should try it. I went with the blue andit looks like something in an hop-up parts advertisement!:yes: :yes: :yes: :yes: :yes: :yes: :yes:

I'm excited to hear this!

I just picked up some plastics paint for some poop around the house and it worked OK. But I'm really diggin the sound of this stuff, not only for my R.C. parts, but for some misc. around the house items.

u guys have never heard of this? its been around scence like the summer. I think i first seen it in like July or somewhere around there. Works pretty good, just the dravel or pavement will scrap it off, just like any paint.

I may have but I didnt have a secondary need for it until now. My wife has me painting all kinds of weird poop around the house. Stuff I think has no business being painted.

Oh well.....

Hey guys,

This might work for the black plastic stuff I want to paint on my Maxx. I wonder how it's going to hold up to cleaning and Nitro fuel and gunk though?

If you are spraying RC parts, you need to remember that when it comes time for a cleaning, solvents such as DA or motor spray or whatever you use may remove the paint. I would test it on something first.

It's great on plastics. On another board, someone posted what he did to the plastic parts of his 2003 Z71. Looks good. I'll probably be doing the same thing to my Tahoe AND other plastic items around the house.

Krylon is usually enamel so if you are using it for any parts that are going to be touched by nitro constantly (all parts) you can pick up an automotive clear form auto zone and coat it after the fusion i havent tried the paints yet but automotive clear has always proved itself.

30% no it wont hold up to fuel residue and cleaners i found that out the hard way but if its not gunna get any solvents or nitro on it, it holds up great and looks nice

I didn't think it would hold up to nitro fuel and solvents in general.
