Wheelie Guys: Suspension set up and ride height have a lot to do w/ wheelie's. Klwzscale...have u adjusted your suspension for racing? My LST mach 26 was a wheelie machine but I had all the pre-loads in for max ride height....then I put in the wasp 28 and took out some preloads for racing and it just shits and gets now!

I'd also like to see some comparisons w/ the Picco Max .26....about the same price...

Yes my truck is more setup for racing than bahsing. Just the other day I was running on pavement and jsut playing around and all of a sudden I got wheelies. I though how can this be and brought the truck in to check temps. Truck was at 250 degrees and did not get any higher that day. Went back the day after and messed up my header pipe connectin to the engine before I could really get the truck tuned in. (Was out for only about 3 minutes.)

I have ordered an RBTM3232 for the Revo and it should be here late next week. Will try to post a comparison once I break it in and run about 1+ gallon through it.

I just bought a TM and I was reading the manual and it doesn't really state what the operating temps should be. Is it like the 2.5? vgibbons followed the traxxas breakin procedure, how did everyone else go about it.

Thanks in advance!

My revo just started lifting up and i almost have a gallon threw it so it take some time to get fully broken in. Also I run the Tm w/ trinity pipe but I use the Tm header.

And last, The new era wheelie bar sucks. About to get rid of mine . It bends and breaks really easy.

The .18tm is a great engine in the Revo, I run one in mine with the Trinity pipe & an 1/8th scale buggy filter setup....Thing is fast for sure, I run my slipper really loose to stop the constant wheelies I get but it'll still flip on it's lid from time to time....
As far as break in method, I did the Heat Cycle method on mine...Everyone says it's really better and gives more power and longer life span.
I've been running Traxxas top Fuel 20% but I'm switching to O'Donnels 30% as soon as I use the last bit of Traxxas 20% I have left....Should pull some more power out of it.

Are you guys breaking anything? I'm thinking about getting the TM but was wondering how the tranny and drive line would hold up.

I've not had a problem with the tranny nor driveline. I did manage to crush the exhaust header landing goofy off a jump. That damn part has been on backorder ar Tower hobbies since May.
