Hi Everyone : So I am @ my HS " Monday 8/13 " picking up some supply's for my trucks "Glow Plug's - Fuel - Spur gear's ECT.. & I get into a conversation with 1 of the Electric r/c Tech's & he show's me a Promo Video of a Truck HPI has coming out in late October & he know's I have 2 of the HPI Bullet's both in Nitro & Electric

Hear's the MO on the Rig
HPI Mini Recon 1/18th scale
2.4GHz system
Shaft 4WD
HPI RSC-18 ESC
HPI-18 HI Torque 370 brushed motor
Ball Diff's & Ball Bearings throughout Rig
HPI Block Tire's Pre-Glued & mounted to 6 spoke Rim's
RTR Includes HPI Plazma 7.2v Pack & HPI Plazma AA Bat's & charger
Price ???? HS tech said 120.00 - 200.00 range

It looks like a pretty cool Rig to have in a r/c collection for a 1/18.... But my concern's are right now HPI.com does not list option / hop-up part's for the mini recon & ME having the Bullet's as of right now option part's for my truck are still scarce... One upgrade I would do off the start is Brushless & not run any higher than a 2 cell lipo for the fact it's a Mini... Also I think HPI is putting this RIG on the market to compete with TRX's Mini E-Revo as well...

I did not know this... towerhobbies.com has it listed $109.00 In stock "Late October" & HPI's Web Sight state's coming soon


The only thing I can think of maybe HPI redesigned something & I have not seen any Mini Recon @ my HS on the Shelfs all summer I dident even know HPI had this RIG until the HS guy showed me a video.
