New Era Models Roll Cage

Does anyone know where to get the Blue powder-coated roll cage for less than $150? I want to get it but I think $150 is a little steep for a roll cage consider the cost of materials. Has anyone tried to make one out of Steel tubing?

/I'd like too but it would be too hard to cover it with Carbon Fiber. Thats why I want the New Era Models Roll Cage. The Carbon Fiber Fabric would go over it a little easier and there aren't as many screws to fasten it down. Thanks for your help though.
