2 packs through it so far. Its a little weird getting used to. its thrown me off a couple times because the tail does follow the helicopter, you have to manually rudder it every time. I've only had one minor crash so far. Its a little twitchy on expert mode, but once you get used to its a lot of fun.
The traxxas qr-1. I've seen mixed reviews on it being unstable compared to other nano quads, but I guess that's for beginner beginners. Easy mode is incredibly boring and unresponsive.

Nice, I've been tempted by this, and the Nano CP-X both for indoor winter time flying. I may have to pick one up; so it can sit on a shelf next to the other stuff I never fly.

Thats the problem. I'll probobly park it and never touch it again in a few eeks, but i had to have it. You never know. I've decided that I'm going to give my old almost mint msr to my cousin. Hes been buying 3 channel xheli copters for a while now and has one of those ares coaxials. I figured I'd get him into some real rc heli flying.
I put new blades on it the week after I got it, but they're still in mint shape. I simply don't crash it. I don't really fly indoors anymore either. I take it outside and do big banked turns and full tilt speed runs.
