What other parts would i need to get to drop in a new 2.5 in my old T maxx to replace my old tired pro .15?

Does any one know?

Nothing really. You might need to beef up the axles a little to handle the extra torque, but other than that the 2.5 is still a .15 engine. It just has more power. Kind of like dropping in an OS, Fantom, or some other aftermarket powerhouse.

You could just get the Traxxas conversion kit, it will come with everything you need.

If you don't want to go that route, the only thing off hand that you need is a throttle bellcrank, the 2.5 has a slide carb.

Its faster and more powerful.. id say just put the motor in.. and see what happens to it

i will when i get enough money to buy the parts and the motor(its gonna take a wile since i quit my job)

You will need a bellcrank like FT said or you will have to move your tank and cut the chasis . I wouldn't worry to much about it at the moment because the only place to get 2.5 motors is in a new truck or on e-bay no one has them yet when they were supposed to be out in november. x
