My up grades
Lets just list the top speed mods. (Car guy mind so we would be here all week if I listed allllll mods) also this is for ohhh probably limitless.

Twin mini missile thrusters (about 8in long and 3 in wide)

Custom slipstream body should entirely go over wheels. ( not f1 super down force body as down force is only good for circuit racing or dedicated top fuelers) this allows for equal air resistance. Ex the bugatti chiron 300+ was able to hit 300mph because it has 2000 lbs down force and 2000lbs under car lifting it up so wind is not effecting it.

Largest poss motor. Mini car motor if poss

Lightweight forged carbon fiber chasis with titanium parts that must be metal. ( forged is cheaper and can actually be used to make the car (McLaren )

E85-nitro mix running engine? (Electric power (weither 1:10 or 1:1) are best for off the line but not so much top speed. This hybrid will be all electronic at launch, followed by gas with electric assistance for top speed ( laferrari/p1/918)

Sticky run flat slicks.

Are you looking at a track car or a straight line car? Straight line, you would want a bullet shape. Forged is stronger, but carbon is lighter. However, carbon can't handle the vibration as much as titanium. You can get some pretty decent power out of pump gas. E85 is a little trickier because that gas sucks when it comes to power. You can get a lot of speed out of an electric motor if you have a transmission. I use to be a manager at a company that built electric vehicles. I know quite a bit about electric cars. The biggest problem is the weight.

Straight line

Doesn't e85 give dragsters and Koenigseggs more power though. Also I heard that electric top filers can only hit 200+ while gas can hit 300+ (1:1)
