hey guys, wats up? anywayz, I'm thinking about buying a truggy, a ofna jammin x1x crt pro kit. is this a good kit? I'm buying it from a friend who has lightly used it, and upgraded some stuff. i need a motor and the electronics for it. whats ur guys's opinion's on a motor? I'm thinking a .28 pull start engine. is that good? also i just use the stock radio's because both my previous trucks have been RTR. i dont know much about radios because of that. I'm looking to spend between 200 and 300. its a kinda small range for both the engine and electronics, but being in high-school with a part time job...i dont have that much to spend. if i could get some replys, that would be awesome!

It is a good truggy if the price is right. A .21 engine is more controlable and ususally faster when racing. Plus you get about 25% more runtime per tank. The JPX .21 and .28 are both animals wel suited to truggy duty.
Ok I just noticed you are after a pullstart mill. I suggest a roto-start, it will be cheaper and less painful in the end.

I don't think highly of Axial but a lot of people have had good luck with them so.

This radio comes with a good steering servo and would be in your included budget.

All you would need then is a good receiver pack and a standard throttle servo.
For the record that SH engine will KILL an Axial for power!
