Use a heat gun or a hair dryer to bring it up to temp. A hair dryer won't get it as hot as a heat gun. It should turn over after that. You want it to be around 200 when you break it in. Be patient though, an engine that huge will take time to warm up.

If you really want to tread on it then place it in the road and back over it a few times.
