from what i gather, pressing charges is not final. the cop said when he talked to the guy (parks and rec. dudes that work at the park. they DID NOT see me do it. i know that for a fact.)
i do not know what i am possibly being charged with however the cop told me i could be charged with 4 different uh.. charges.
anyways, it basically played out like this. i had my window fixed that morning at about 8am and having not been able to drive it for the past week, i was eager to get out. so i picked up my cuz and we went off through shilito at around 10am, its near his house, and i went through the ruts and mud and stuff and then left and did my days shopping. on the way back to his house we went through shilito again, i didnt do ANYTHING this time. keep in mind that earlier at like 10 am thep ark was empty and that at 4 o clock it was full of people. i parked in the park at one of the small ltos and got out and walked around for a bit. as i parked there i noticed a parks and rec. truck with a trailer pull up behind my truck and sit there. they sat there until i got back in my truck and went up to another parking lot on the park because i said to my cuz "i bet their following us" so anyways, we sat up their for am inute and the truck BARELY pulled into view at the other lot, and then it left.
so then we left right behind it. and that was the end of the day for me.
but liek i said, today i was awoken to the sound of cops beating on my door. they interrogated me and stuff. lol. anyways.
the reason i KNOW parks and rec didnt see me do anything is because i wouldnt have done it in the crowded afternoon, only in the morning when it was empty.
so lets see
1) who is the accuser?
2) who is pressing charges?
3) what am i being charged with?

also, i know for a fact the park does not have cameras because as soon as he said that i tried to "rev and hit him" i said thats not true do you have cameras in the park you can check.
now anyways, as i realized too late, no one saw me in the morning at like 10 am, yet i admitted to them that i DID do the stuff. so now they think i did it while they were watching and stuff. :trout: ugh.
all i can hope for is that they DONT press charges as my mom and i dont have enough money to cover and court stuff or fines and stuff. what can i do about that?
