There are several ways to turn many of the newer model trucks into "crawlers" But if you aer going to build one, you will need extensive knowledge and probably a big pocket book. I have seen some sites that sell complete conversion kits for Savages, But your best bet for a pre-built would be to go with Ebay or an actuall crawler shop.

I wish I could be more helpfull, but I am not even really sure what you are looking to complete. add a little more information and we will see what we can do.

the problem with a puller or crawler that is nitro is the slow movement, and slipping of the clutch.. which result in overheaded engines and burnt up clutches.. i pulled with my nirto.. the clutch bell got so hot it melted the spur gear.. sure you could put a metal spur on it.. but your killing the bearings, and shoes. not to mention putting all that stress on the motor with no airflow over it..

electrics are all torque and instant power.. nitro has to build rpm's for power.. you will need some sort of torque converter for it to do you any good..
