need help with heli max ez

bottom rotor doesn't spin fast enough to create lift? do i need to replce motor?

Check for any binding in its' drive train. Disconnect power to the upper rotor, then trouble shoot the other one. It always helps to hear what's going on.

i can spin the top blade freely but the bottom one locks up

Check bearings or bushings, gear mesh, possible bent shaft. Remove the mechanical connection, either the motor pinion, or the rotor gear. See which one, either the motor or the rotor, has a noticable problem.
