Need help new revo 3.3 surging

revo starts up idles good, soon as i give it throttle it start surging kicking on and off i changed the plug cleaned the carb and its set at stock settings can somone help??

Try changing the fuel lines, you may have an air leak

Factory needle settings are on the rich side and can cause a boggy feel to the rig when trying to get it up and running. You can try turning the LSN an hour or two leaner and see if it makes a difference when trying to give it some throttle. If it doesn't, then I would do like 'ajames' said and start checking for an air leak.
