Hi

We have a recently bought RC car. The transmitter is no longer binding with the reciever.

I want to upgrade the transmitter and receiver anyway as I have heard that this will improve the cars performance.

Will he plugs from the motor/servo fit any receiver?

Thanks

those slots are for the keyed futaba plug..it has a tab to make sure connections are correct..you will have to trim the tab off for modern receivers', I did it back in the 1990's with a exacto knife..there are many 2.4 ghz radio to choose from for under 100$..

you will need to read radio manual 1st.. make sure you know the correct way to plug the plug in..

Thanks for the reply.

That makes sense. 😁

Flysky GT3
Flysky GT5
Flysky GP7
Futaba 3PV
______________
Higher end / mid range:
Futaba 4PM
Flysky NB4

I no longer recommend Radiolink cause of multiple reasons here

you will have to trim the tab off for modern receivers
?
I use these futaba plugs on all my cars. All my receivers have the slots and fit perfectly. (Futaba and flysky) Only reason why you would trim the tab off the plug is if the receiver side doesn't have the slot for the tap. For example, spektrum doesn't have the tabs. (From my knowledge)

My personal favorite transmitter and receiver is the DumboRC transmitter x6fg.
