It's an 8th scale right? I have no idea what that is. Sorry. Where did u get these cars from?

It's just alittle smaller than the Nitro stadium truck I have. not sure of the scale

Then it's a 1/12 scale. I definitly don't have a clue. Put a new thread up on it. Or PM Nitroaddict he might know what it is.

Where did u get these cars from again? And what other pics do u want to see? I still have the original box and manual.

I got a whole load of this stuff from a guys second hand store. He buys out yard sales, and estates.

It looks to me like I only got about half his collection, but the good stuff none the less ;)

Lots of boxex of misc part's is what I am liking, dig a bit further, and out pops another gem ;)

Nice find. I should start checking out these yard sales this summer. :bling:

I always pop in. Last year I found a nice set of kicker 10" speakers in a box I got for $100 with a pioneer reciever and remote. I sold the speakers to cover the cost of the reciever. Free home entertainment center ;))

I also found a brand new in the box hummingbird depth finder for $5 fits really nice o the big boat. The old ones going in my livingstong for the local lakes ;)

Stuff like that I find all day long, I just need to git off my rear and get it on Ebay.

Course I should pick up a camera better than the "hot wheels special" first. lmao

Um, stop posting guesses on everything.

Assciated also made an RC10 Graphite kit, Horizon Hobbies also made a knockoff of it in graphite. Those hughes arms are older then the graphite Associated kit but it could be 1 of over 100 aftermarket RC10 Graphite/Fiberglass chassis plates.

The second car you posted is a 10th scale car. You can tell by judging the motor, the TRC BBS wheels and how the diff is asembled. $ battery slots on a tenth scale would take up much more room in the wheelbase also.

I'll go to the next post now.:D

The motor I think is a 540, the same as what is in the old rc-10 looking thing.

That motor is a regular 540 sized motor by Quarter Flash, I used to run their stock motors and they where re-labeled AYK/Race Prep designed motors. The stockers, had an orange squarish endbell. I'm unsure what that green one is, I thought they went out of business before green machines, if that's even a stock motor. What color is the can (body of the notor) and look on the endbell (opposite side of the pinon) and see if it is stamped AYK or Epic.

Hope u are joking! That was my only guess as I'm trying to help as much as possible.

Ok I had the RC10 and I converted it to a MT with a PRO LINE MT conversion Kit. In the kit you got longer shock towers, MT tires and I THINK wider arms. I don't remember if you got a body bit I think you did.Maybe even longer dog bones..again not sure on that. This is definitely a RC10

The other one looks like a rc12 pan car or an rc10l

The end bell is green plastic, it does say quarterflash. The end bell has like a squarish metal channel, and the gren plastic goes through it. it has " #1 " stampe on the pinon side of the motor, but no other markings, just the sticker.

The blue in those pictures is actaully velcro, the only blue on the entire car is the ball ends that the shocks are bolted to. This car flat hauls on the carpet heh

It started life as an original RC10, but the chassis has been changed to the trailing arm type (MIP?)...it was an aftermarket setup to answer to the Losi JRX2, but people soon found out that the RC10 was better as it was...The front arms have been changed, too...not sure what brand.
I remember all those aftermarket goodies (anyone remember the "Hot Trick" stuff?)...I think the best conversion I've seen was the sprint car chassis from Ascot.
