I think payless shoe is responsible for this out-of-control-shoe-buying our ladies seem to fall into. I mean if their shoes weren't $5 a pair, they might buy less of them. Also, I have two pair of shoes. I have my sneakers that I wear outside and kicking around and I have my work shoes for with my khakis. That’s it! I mean if I buy a new pair of sneakers I might find myself with three pair, leaving one to cut the grass in, but that’s the most I'll ever have! My wife has work shoes and 20 different outside shoes depending on if she's wearing pants or shorts or a dress or a skirt. Then you got the dress clothes. She has a whole set of dress shoes – one for each outfit! I just slap on my work shoes and TADA I now have "dress shoes". I mean jeez it's just foot wear!

I see shoe boxes like Nine West and Italian names I can't even pronounce. I made the mistake of looking at the price tag ONE TIME! OUCH!

On any given day, my wife has a new Savage on one foot and a NTC-3 on the other.

Payless would be dream come true.

At least you girl goes to Payless. Mine feakin wants to buy in the 50-120 range. Although she does not have as many, she does go out more often than needed. She has bought payless shoes, but complains that they are uncomfortable. I made the mistake of saying "thats what you get for buying 5 dollar shoes at 2 for 1."

Yeah I agree with Christian. I tried that once. She said that for every $ I spend on RC or Computers, she was allowed to spend that much on shoes and bags.
