Thanks Chip, that price list really give a great guide to go by. We were trying to compare it with a $600 scaler, so that really helps out a lot. Chip, do you have some good places down there to run a Super rig?
Yes, in Hammond, LA

We never went to look at the tunica hills area in St. Francaisville.

I did, and I couldn't find anything :\

If we went crawling there, I could be the mascot... Charlie The Tunica

like the guy on the commercial for tuna fish! It will have to be in the winter though, that big tuna costume has to get hot in the summertime.

if u guys would just stop being pussies and move up here then u wouldnt have to worry about "finding" some where to crawl lol just playin wit ya.

Come on n try to live in the swamps yankee boy. lol When an alligor snapping turtle grabs you by the leg, one of us pussies will come save you. lol

lol no thanks apline, i'll just stick with the critters i have up here.

if you use it in the plural sense it doesn't edit it lol...
but back onto the reason i started this thread, this Gooding city of rocks isnt well know for some reason and my brother said its because its small compared to The City of Rocks wich I've never been to but i think we might try to make a trip there this coming weekend, my brother said it makes the gooding one look like a pebble compared to it. Theres also a national park called Craters of the Moon thats only about an hour away from me but I'm not sure how good it is for crawling so i might make that trip instead....i'll definatly take pics, I'm just wondering at the national park if we might get in trouble for crawling? just have to chance it i guess lol.

so i dont have any pics but this is a quote i got off a idaho websight about the City of Rocks national reserve....
"At this 14,300-acre area 50 miles south of Burley, granite columns tower as much as 60 stories high. About half the area of the reserve is privately owned. It is renowned for its scenic, historic and geologic significance.

Many of the granite rock formations that are the outstanding features of the Reserve are over 2.5 billion years old, some of the oldest rocks found in North America. The rocks were shaped by weathering forces into the fantastic shapes you see now."

so i think I'm gonna go check it out soon and let yall know how it is....

As long as you don't disturb the terrain at the national park, or paint the course markers or anything like that, it shouldn't be against the law, and they shouldn't get pissed or anything with the electric rigs. If it was nitro or you were out there bashing at 60 mph it might be different. But I dont see them doing anything other than asking you to leave if they dont want you there. I know that at our June comp we had a park ranger come check out our crawling spot and he just said "Looks like you guys are pretty serious about this" and "Looks like yall are having a good time out here today" and hung around for a little while and left. There were felons and convicts ducking and hiding everywhere lol.
