Meguiar's is a line of waxes and polishes.
Actually, the light spots look more like Bondo. Kinda like he bashed it up and then fixed the body.

But on a real note, what happened to the blue paint? What made it come out like that?

i used transpoarent light blue backed with white.... and well the blue didnt bond so well and the white overtook it

it was rattle can weeeeeeeeeee
i think the blue part was tamiya and the orange was pactra
I'm not that big into painting to buy a airbrush

I just did mine blue and red with metallic blue and metallic red of some sort. I laid down the red (3 coats), sprayed the white backer for floureceant paint (that's what the can said), let it dry for a while with a heater fan, peeled off my masking then sprayed 3 coats of blue, then another couple of coats of white. I used the full can of white backer.

It was my second and I forgot to press the edge of the tape down... You can see where it bled under the tape by the bottom right of the windshield.

I wish I knew how to paint better... but then again, I would spend more time on it and it would get trashed anyway, so who cares?

I also painted my rims with what little black I had left. They look pretty cool, but you can't hardly tell in pics.
