So I was running my car today in the garage, drifting around. My car runs into some cloths and gets stuck. While I try to pull my car out, the smoke gets into my eyes and makes it really hard to open my eyes, it starts to sting if you try to. So I just wanted to say that never leave your eyes open while you try to grab your car from being stuck in something :D.

I know what you mean. I was putting the body on my MT2 today and the smoke just killed my eyes. Now we both know.

The smoke is nothing; raw fuel hurts even worse. That, and electric contact cleaner. It's not so much the chemicals, it's the alcohol that just outright BURNS!

Hahaha. Yeah, fuel too. I was priming the engine and for some reason, instead of blowing, I was sucking on the fuel line and nitro got into my mouth. Good thing I didn't swallow it.

lol if you think the nitro from your RC is strong, you should stand behind a nitro burning funny car while they're warming it up on the stand. That big ole cam is loping and feels like every stroke will knock you down and the nitro fuel is burning and your eyes feel like they're bleeding. Ahhhh, it's like a relaxing day in heaven for me, nothing else like it in this world. If you guys have never been to a full scale NHRA or IHRA drag race, you need to go at least once. You will have a whole new respect for nitro and the power it produces.

Ya gotta love that! Closely followed by the smell of burning rubber combined with nitro, mmm mmm good!

I have been to many NHRA events, nothing at all like it!

Wow! Thats a blast from the past! Islip Speedway has been closed down for many years now. That was actually the very first race track I ever went to when I was a kid. My uncle used to sell beer there, Bob the beerman, lol. Now I am only about 20 min from Riverhead raceway, the very last race track of any kind on Long Island. I take my son a few times a year for local saturday night racing, modifieds, late model, blunderbusts, stock, demo derbys, figure 8s, it's great taking my son, he really loves it, this year I'll be bringing my youngest son too.

Now you're talking my kind of enjoyment!

Once upon a time ago, I used to work on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier (U.S.S. Kitty Hawk). There is a palce on deck refered to as the "Hell Hole", a spot just forward of the island where they will park turning jets infront of others. Try working the space between for 10 minutes, not quite as bad as tear gas but it still stings.
