Hi I'm completely new to this. I've just got a rc nitro car 4 wheel drive fazer. mostly using kyosho parts. I'm using a 'acoms techniplus' controller. The car is secondhand but has been serviced by a rc shop. When running the car for the first time i could not get it to reverse. Is this a problem with the car or have i not set up the controller properly? I have lots of different buttons on the controller.

What kind of car is it? I am going to throw out a guess that your RC does not have reverse. The number of nitros that do have reverse are the huge minority. Most that do are monster trucks such as the Traxxas T-Maxx.

I think you might be right, I've tried moving the servo arm manually toward reverse but nothing engages. Whats the best way of slowing this car down I've just broken the rear suspension as i couldnt stop it from going forward and hitting a kerb! ???

Hi its ok I've sorted it out. By changing a switch on the transmitter the car now brakes whilst pulling on the reverse stick.
