I took a couple photos for my M18 project thread last night and they looked like crap. I hooked up my wife's Speedlite and...WOW! does that make a difference. I also did a little bit of tire detail this morning as well. These show the colors much truer. hope you like!

NICE, thats pretty slick. I like the carbon fiber look on the hood and wing.

Really slick. I notice the tires have that yellow NASCAR look. Who'd a thunk it?

Yeah, it's definately a meld of many racing influences. Black wheels and yellow lettered sidewalls from Nascar. A German body with simple paint scheme inspired by Deutchen(sp?)Touring Masters. All thrown together on a chassis setup to replicate the latest Japanese invented auto trend.

You're really kicking ass on painting the small stuff. I haven't even tried one yet. You're definitely making them look awesome.

Thanks guys! Well, since this build is finished I suppose it's time to regain some nerve and tackle that late model body of mine... Jeez, there's just soooooo much scoring. It's a bit overwhelming. I know Joe knows all about that. I sort of get the feeling I'm stalling on that one :)... oh look, I'm getting a new buggy. I think it needs the Lessen touch :) (late model remains on the backburner)

The last 2 compliments you got were from the 2 best painters I know here. It's very nicely done.

But HEY !!

It's no Sponge Bob Square Pants.

What type of vehicle did you mount it on? It looks great and makes want to try one for my 18R.....

Dont' think so.. the 18R's dimensions are much different than typical 1/18th onroads. I could be wrong but I wouldn't assume it would

Skylines are sweet bodies. I originally wanted to get the Nissan Silvia body but I think it was 140mm WB.. wasn't gonna fit.
