That aside, more important than the country where its made, is the quality control of the company. Say either Kyosho or Mugen WERE to set up a manufacturing plant in taiwan, as long as they maintained the same quality control standards and used the same materials, it wouldn't be any more inferior of a product than something that was made in japan itself.

Japan usually does seem to put out nicer gear than taiwan, but the gap is closing pretty fast. I'm thinking of hobao/hyper7's here.

But you asked what I knew on it so I posted. Kyosho and Mugen are still both jap made and owned bud. no hard feelings. :)

 :dumb: :wtf: :contract: Uh... okay dude... information overload, no one was trying to out do you with how much you know about the company. I really don't think it was about that, but since it is now... great, you win.

No one trying to out do anyone. It's all good:thumbup: Just informing so sorry if I came acros harshly.

The MP7.5 RTR version is made in China, same as some mini-z like the palm runner. But no matter where are made Kyosho and Mugen still are the best.

No worries, mate.

It's reassuring to know that I will have a high quality suspension setup on my Chinese buggy when I rebuild the shocks with Kyosho parts!
