Does it do this right from start up or after running? Is it running so high that the wheels turn without any throttle applied? If so your idle is either too high or lsn too lean. Try richening your lsn (ANTICLOCK) This may prevent engine from running due to bringing the idle down with the extra fuel, so adjust idle screw clockwise to increse idle speed. Adjust the idle screw to suit lsn setting, not the other way round.
If wheels are not turning when you start the engine, and car accelerates well through the range, then there should be nothing wrong. An engine revving high at idle usually means only one of 2 things - too lean lsn, meaning the engine will change note and die when throttle applied, or idle is too high. Though in my experience these two conditions would make the car run away unless your brakes are set to apply hard when throttle is released. Ideally there should be only gentle application of brakes when throttle released, or none at all depending how confident you are at controlling your car
